What's the best solution to defend 5 out offense online?

Probably my personal most difficult offense to consistently stop. I quit playing PNO for a while because so many people were running it once I starting ranking up and I just got bored of playing the same thing. It doesn't help that youtubers are promoting this as a good thing either.

Specifically in a situation where the 1-4 spots can shoot the three and the 5 can set the pick & roll. So in essence, how do you stop someone who uses the Warriors / Cavs / Rockets for this?

I've been experimenting with defensive settings against the CPU and have been slowing down the PnR with this:

Force direction: Baseline
On ball screen (center): Go Under
Hedge (Center): No hedge
Switch rules: Switch all
Pre-rotate: No
Screen Help rules: Help & No Rotation
Help Rules: Help (all)

The rest of the settings I leave as they are. Any changes I should make? I also have the on-the-fly settings at play physical & crash the glass, but haven't touched any of the options in the box menu (shrink, no 3's, junk, stay home, straight up, etc.)

For the record, I REFUSE to play any type of zone for any long period of time. The amount of wide open 3's given up is astronomically high.

Thanks in advance!
