Menu Usability needs to be a priority this year

My apologies if this has been brought up but I can't find it. The thought process and menu implementation of the timeout menu was not good. The ease of use of actually accomplishing everything in a 20 second timeout is a daunting task. For a casual gamer who plays the game it is unacceptable. For a triple AAA title that makes millions each year where are the focus groups who test the ease of use? Decisions of this magnitude should not be left up to the Developers. It was easier to make an on the fly substitution last year as opposed to this year.

I remember 1 year they actually made the camera angles accessible from the directional pad up and made the hot and cold streaks viewable by the timeout menu? This baffles me because u look at who's hot and cold multiple times and how often do u change the camera.

These subtle decisions add up to gamers and it negatively impacts the experience.

Please make the adjustments etc. infinitely easier than it was this year in the next year. A usability expert would be worth their weight in gold to the franchise. Sorry if this is a rant but I care too much about the franchise for them to overlook the usability and ease of use for the millions of people who will play all year long.
