Yeah, it's annoying. The only thing I change is my passing profile from "default" to "direction," so it's not that big of an issue for me if it gets switched. But for my friends who use absolute controls, it's a big annoyance when they get switched back to camera relative for a game.
Also, since we're talking about settings, I wish we could save a custom camera and have that as an option to play Team Up/Pro Am with. The camera options they provide are fine though, so that's not a huge issue.
