Last year during the finals ps plus released 2k16 for free! I was waiting this year and nothing. In fact i cant seem to catch a good discount on the game despite it being june? Anyone know of any plans for a discounted price upcoming?

Think you've just missed it. The PS4 days of sale had 2k17 on heavy discount for a while.
