Don't see why that's a question or seems impossible. 4K monitors aren't that expensive and there are numerous afforable AMD cards that are native 4K out the box. Some are under $200 believe it or not.

Man I am totally lost on the lingo of Pc's, would I have to build my own gaming PC or can I buy one already put together? I just want some of this 2k greatness on PC I hear so much about.

Definitely build your own, I did and it's the greatest thing ever. Customize to your liking and upgrade as you see fit.

Both of these systems aren't the big leaps yet. Xbox and PlayStation are going to make this next systems (PS5 , XBoX 4?) In the future.

I heard to run 4k 60fps on a cpu in ultra is expensive. I game on my tv so no need for a monitor

Back to the topic at hand here, I don't know about you guys, but graphics don't really do it for me. It's gameplay. I wouldn't even care if the game had last gen graphics as long as the gameplay was sim.
