Topic came up for vote in League Meetings phase of offseason.

Was rejected though.

Can anyone confirm that it can in fact pass and if so do we get to pick the teams?

I would love for this to be a possibility but the problem you would have is even if expansion was approved you would still be the GM of the team you are with and would be unable to then become GM of the new expansion team. As far as I know in myGM you have never been able to take a different GM position and unlike myleague you cannot switch teams at any point.
