New timeout rules in effect for 2k18?

Now if they would tweak the CPU time out method. My last game, they literally called 2 time outs the whole game whether I had a big lead or not.

Well just to add. They took away 20 second timeouts because it was a waste of time. The NBA rules is your only aloud to sub only one player during a 20 second timeout. That sucks for the video game world lol. And even I didn't know that was a rule until a forum user brought it up a few year ago.

the new rules won't even matter if the CPU doesn't even use their timeouts... I played a game where the CPU didn't even call one timeout... this game is definitely broken in a lot of aspects and this is one of them... really kills the immersion factor...

I am told that game-play devs are aware of this. Hopefully they can fix it soon.
