The problem like everyone has said is the rosters. And the reason why 2K doesnt make them correctly is 1) not enough time to test and adjust, and 2) they care more about having a good relationship with the players. Giving the players correct ratings would piss A TON of them off.

In MyPlayer, George Hill is shooting 67% from 3 on the season. Mind you its around Christmas time, it's absolutely ridiculous and its on a good volume of attempts.
