can you relocate a team or replace a team with a created team before you start a GM mode? For example, I want to remove the Memphis Grizzlies and create the Vancouver Grizzlies or just have them be relocated without creating an expansion team.

I prefer MyGM to ML because of the GM perks and badges. Especially being able to have 10 training camps in the off season.
