Timeout during tie ups

I know this has been happening for years. But why do we work on the animations for a loose ball and added all these awesome tie ups and tip ball animations. But if the offense can still call timeout while fighting for the ball. Then wants the point?

Further to that, why not limit timeouts to just the ball carrier during play in Pro-Am? Whether it’s people bailing out someone about to get stripped or trolling their teammate who’s about to score, there doesn’t seem to be much value or reason to leave it as is.

Because even in MOST of these loose ball and tie up situations the offense in 2k still has possession of the ball. The new animations just look good. But the ball isn’t really coming loose for the defense .

My cousins been calling timeout during these tie up all the time. It's literally driving me crazy lol

I been complaining about this.

These trash behind big men who just so under the rim and call timeouts when they're about to get a 3 second violation...
