In-Game Saves Not Working (Switch)

Three times now I've tried saving a MyLeague game at the start of the 3rd Quarter and each time when I go to load the file (usually the next day), the game just starts from the very beginning, pre-game show and all. Very frustrating!

Not sure if this is happening on PS4/XB1. This is with the Switch version for me.

Might be a Switch thing, because it works fine on PS4, like I said in the other thread.

I also save at the start of quarters, usually the 3rd. You probably already know this, but you need to save while the ball is in play. What I do is once the 3rd quarter starts, inbound the ball, bring the ball up past halfcourt(let the CPU do the same if they have possession), press pause and go to 'save and quit'. You should see a blurred gameplay stillshot of when you pressed pause right after you 'save and quit'. Are you seeing that?

Yep, I pretty much do the same exact thing and last few times I've used it, the save has stuck.
