In the pic I posted of the lebron 16s I made, I usually use semi shiny plastic and a light blue and just according to whatever looks best to me. Some sneakers look nice with the icy blue but with the lebrons I did it in between so it wouldn’t look so dull. The semi shiny plastic layer helps bc it makes it look more realistic and not so flat. I discovered this when making the bred 11s and the jumpman pros. Whenever I used rubber the outsoles looked so dull until I saw that semi shiny plastic looks way more realistic. Hope this helps
