It definitely is my friend. And i might even say that it's worse than b4. It's happening all the time non-stop, micro/macro stutterings and fps drops all over. It kills the mood.

Mine wasn’t stuttering at all (PS4) but post patch, it’s pretty bad.

Same here.

Pre patch it was bad, but post patch it got even worse. I was hoping that 23 gb were solving this issue. Unfortunately not. I really hope that they will fix it asap, because it kills the whole experience.

Played a game last night and didn't notice any stutter issues. Played on PS4 Pro with the 07-08 Celtics on broadcast generic. Didn't touch any camera settings. Not sure if using classic teams effected frame rate for some reason. Going to try again today when I have the time to see if the stuttering pops up again.

It feels better to me as well, still not perfect but better, I think ppl have decided they want to see flaws in each update and it’s become a huge mind game
