MyCareer, 2nd year. Coach wont sub me out!?

Soo I haven't seen anyone speak on this but I just started my second season in mycareer and I signed a 1 year max deal with LA. I played my first couple games and the coach will not sub me out of the game.

I play 12 minute qtrs (SS difficulty) and my guy is dead tired going into the second half because I wont get subbed. It doesn't matter if I gather multiple fouls in a quarter or not. (I even simmed a few games and by looking at my minutes I can tell im not being subbed out even if I sim it)

Coach allowed me to foul out in the first quarter of a game and on the 6th foul i didn't even get taken out of the game immediately, they didn't take me out until the next timeout was called even when i had 6 fouls already.

Anyone else having this issue with being not being subbed out the game in mycareer?

Once you get to a certain rating, not sure what that rating is, you have the ability to assign minutes. I know this doesn't address your exact issue but I don't have any other solution.

I knew you could change minutes last year but I dont see that option for 2k19. Im ovr 91 and I can influence FA or suggest trades but no option to change minutes. If someone knows of a fix help would be appreciated.

You can change your minutes at 90 overall.

If I set it over 35, he wont sub me out at all in the first 3 quarters.

Click the 'NBA Team' button, then 'my minutes'
