If anybody wants to add to it if they find anymore information:

NBA 2K19 Patch 1.07 Update Patch Notes

Added fixes for crashing issues with NBA 2K19 version 1.07.

Added fixes for stuttering/lag issues.

NBA 2K19 1.07 for PS4 has fixed some glitches.

Added fixes for framerate drop and freezing issues.

Added performance and stability improvements . Gameplay improvements added with NBA 2K19 1.07.

Added other minor fixes and changes with NBA 2K19 version 1.07.

NBA 2K19 update 1.07 is now available for download on PS4 and Xbox One.

Lavine looks fine to me.... Redick got MESSED up though and I didn't even notice his CF was kind of off in the first place.

That look like something from Playstation and not 2k Themselves. A more in depth patch notes should be out later on
