You have an option to select "Use 2019 Draft Class." Maybe you accidentally clicked the wrong one?

Just checked again to make sure and I was choosing the right option. All of the rookies are CAP versions of themselves and not their actual scanned models. Is it different for you?

It's same for me. I thought you originally meant all cpu-generated players.

Update 9/14 - Bol Bol is now appearing in "Start in Offseason."
