Chuma Okeke and Tacko Fall are Missing from Start in Offseason Roster

I have been really annoyed that Tacko Fall is missing from the Start in Offseason roster, but now Chuma Okeke is missing as well. I assume he was removed because he hadn't signed a contract yet, but he's now on the G-League roster:

What does it take to get these guys added to the roster? Who do we tweet? It should be really easy. Both players exist in the game already, 2K just has to add them to the Start in Offseason roster.

I understand your frustration but the best way around this is to use the player DNA feature. My roster I was using in my league didn’t feature tacko either but luckily with Player DNA I wasn’t gonna stress over it, otherwise without it we would be screwed lol so I’d say to use that feature if u can. Use 2 created players as the base for those players and download tackos and okekes dna and put it on the players. Problem solved.

Fall is not an issue because he is on the 2k roster. but Okeke has been removed . Do you have a roster on PS4 that has the original Okeke to export?
