I want to do an expansion team. What is a realistic trade an expansion team could make to get Michael Porter Jr. I refused to take him in expansion draft. Trying to stay realistic so my starting team is awful. I will give up however many draft picks and expiring deals it takes to make the move, but what isn't robbing the Nuggets in a trade?
Is there an offer?

An expansion team's 1st Rd Picks would be worth a lot. Offer them a future 1st for him and that's realistic.

Hes a starter for a playoff team and a young player on a rookie contract. It would realistically take A LOT to get him.

I mean it's an expansion team. That's basically like offering a top 5 pick which Michael Porter Jr is not even worth with his injury history...

Maybe, but with that top pick, it's far from guaranteed you're going to get a prospect that will even compare to the current tools/potential that Porter JR offers right now. I think the Nuggets would absolutely demand more.

It might make sense if Denver were to go and flip that top 5 pick for another player that fits their timeline, because they can't wait and develop some 19 year old factoring their goal of competing sooner rather than later.

Thanks. I responded back in trade thread. Basically trying to find one star I can ride for years on a weak team.
