Hopefully, I understand your question. I can go into the edit screen on a player and he has 2 or 3 hairstyles to choose from. However, I was not able to pick any hairstyle. I will go double check that again though.

Any reports or comparisons if this game looks exactly the same? I had a bad feeling sports games might just take the PS4/One version and polish it up for the S... hope I'm wrong on that.

You are referring to games released only on PS4/One that has been optimized differently on X/S. 2K21 has the same name but current and next gen are different versions. Then regarding the graphics X is better but the game is the same and nothing to do with current gen.
