I noticed the game is way more responsive on Hall of Fame. I was playing on custom All Star and while small ball was slightly back, at times I still felt recovery speed was too great. Switched it to Hall of Fame and there is a night and day difference between that and custom.

So I don't know if custom messes things up slightly or what.
