how about shaqs on dwight howard? for the taunts and stuff he does after dunks and the way the rim shakes

Yeah, I always sort of assumed he'd be dunking more than he does. I wouldn't call him unathletic by any means; it almost seems like he just chooses not to sometimes. I went up to the Pistons-Celtics game in January and was taken aback to see Stuckey do this (at the 0:40 second mark):

That was one of his five dunks for the year, but its authority seems to paint a picture of a player who would have more dunking opportunities. A helpful and interesting site is http://www.rotoevil.com/nba/2008-2009-slam-dunk-stats. Interesting to break things down and see where players stand.
