Yea, the computer I use for Windows stuff runs Windows 7. If you're having issues with the program, I can look at the actual hex and get the offsets for you, so you can manually change them. It just might be a while before I can get to it.

It's actually 0BD6. The first byte that I typed also works, but it seems to have a negative affect on the gameplay, (everything seemed to be sped up) so I actually made a MP with the default rosters to make sure, and I saw my error.

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THIS ONLY WORKS FOR MPs WITH A CYBER FACE ADDED, W/ THESE ROSTERS.

Just here to notify you guys about to go on my trip! Leaving a few hours earlier then I thought! I would release the file I have now (around 90% done) but with the craziness I would get back I'm not. I will keep you guys posted, I might not be able to edit at all for a few days, but next week will be the release date for the next file. Wish me luck! Heading to indy for a week then going to my favorite state Florida!
