Saw your video from the 70's showcase, and I must say that you do a wonderful job at recreating the 70's brand of b-ball. Just starting following this thread this evening. Is this 2k14 for Xbox 360? If so, will you be converting this over to ps3? If you do convert this file a may need to go purchase 2k14. Have been playing 2k11 for some time now, and was wondering is 2k14 just as good as 2k11?

Yes...it's for 360. I would like to port it over to ps3 like we did with the NCAA Legacy file. (Still waiting on somebody to figure out how to upload to 2kshare though)

As far as which game is better....there is a lot debate. Depends on what you like I guess. It's been so long since I played 2k11...I am not the one to ask. Of course there are also those out there who swear by 2k11. Hmmmm..I guess since I am working on a 2k14 project I will express my bias and officially state that 2k14 is the better game....

Re: The 1970's Roster by Sellaz32 & SHH4UA

Update: ok...only I team left. (1971 Virginia Squires) And honestly, I don't even want finish them. I have never really liked that team and I am excited about getting the roster ready for release. This team will probably get dropped, unless somebody comes to their defense..LOL.

I ran a rough draft season mode test and had NO freezing first time around which was good. If I release what I have completed we are looking at 31 teams. I also have it arranged where there is an Eastern and Western division devoted to ABA teams only, since we have 10 ABA teams in this set.

Still have tweaks to do...but I am excited about the next phase of the project. I have a lot going on IRL next couple days so it's likely not going to be ready by the weekend. I would expect a release early next week.

In defense of not completing 71 Squires, you have an ABA team w/ Dr. J--and he was, essentially, that team. You could always adapt a '71 Squires from an early project.

Actually. DrJ wasn't on that team. It was Charlie Scott. And yes I have been adapting from the previous version. I just can't get into that team. I know at one point in the thread I may have referred to the 72 Squires, but that was an error. It has always been the 71 Squires.
