An error message always comes up when I try and open a .ROS file. If you could help me figure it out, I'd highly appreciate it.

You need the 2K roster update in order for the resigner to work.

Yes I did...In any case, may I ask what the program does? I'd like to unhide 2nd rounders and Euroleague players, as well as legends, and make them all CAPs. Can the program do that?

It's a resigner and a myplayer editor.
