Is the tool working and just no effects take place?
Are you using default roster
Has the file been modified before?

I think I made Iverson or his ID was changed and old value I tried doesn't work. Most values have been changed which is the case for the ID's. I can't remember but I do remember I tried to make Black Mamba and his ID was no good

Check the first page of Roster forum there is a TuT on getting your save file I think or use bing "Make nba 2k cyber face player xbox360"

First of all I want to thank you for your awesome tools chrome, stellar work! But I'm having the same problem as this guy , even after the update, it still shows my original player, I also changed his weight to see if that would work as well, no change. Any idea what the issue could be?

Maybe a dead ID as far as everything else I don't know until I see the file to get a better look.
