It looks to me like the accessories are unfinished because I've noticed a few errors in colors and some other things like you mentioned so I wouldn't worry about it unless it keeps happening in later screenshots.

I played both live and 2k and i'm positive that 2k has all kind of features which make it better due to it's not 100% from in game but cutscene whereas live has legit graphic having the same high player poly in game and replay mode

Nothing trying to hate 2k but they pulled that cheap crap with me last year showing awesome pic but giving me something 10% of what it should be!
