NHL 2k10 is $50.00 so why isn't NBA 2k10?

IMO: NHL has some tough competition and they need to increase their sales. NBA2K will sell regardless of the price.

Yea, I think they're confident enough in their product so they don't need any schemes to get people to buy it.

2K has to make money somehow. This is there main source of income, that being the NBA series. Look at their other games, MLB, NHL, how much income can possibly be coming from those games?

if your talkin pc then 50 is right, consoles are allways 60 unless a live arcade title. I dont think you have the right information!

Also its not like your getting cheated or something(no more $20 2k5 stuff)

I'm going to say that this is NBA 2K9 with a "my player" feature and some new animations. Everything else will be the same.
