NBA 2K10 Custom Music Thread

So I downloaded all the songs from the new file set it all up every team sounds hooked up to a tee. Sat back ready to ball out and what happens. No tipoff music just some random song that plays LOUD all game long it never ends. Did I do something wrong I put all the music under the sections that work up court team chant etc. Help I've had the game for days and got 3 games under my belt and tons of time hooking up the music thanks to ALL!!!

Okay, so I downloaded nbamediashareonlywithplaylists.zip and unzipped, and i've looked over the thread for instructions and the ones i found i didnt really understand

How exactly do you get these to work? Do you burn each playlist separately, then rename the tunes accordingly, then make a playlist on your 360 "76er awayt"?

Do you go into the game and assign the songs or just playlists to the corresponding arena sound?

I've got a wireless network adapter on 360, is there a way to stream them from my computer via wireless router and if so how?

Can anyone post and explain what each event mean in Custom Music Menu like "long" and "tipoff", etc. Like at what moment of the game is the music actually played. I just want to make sure im putting this stuff in the right event and how exactly i want it. Now i've download the zip file from Ruben and i know he has what category the song goes at. But i just wanted to know in case i want to add some of my own stuff to it. Would really appreciate it .And again thanx for all the hard work Ruben and Pared (and who ever else who contributed) on the music.

Thanks to Ruben, I got the sounds to work, via streaming. Only problem is, I had to turn off my firewall. I use Kapersky virus protection, anyway around this?

Tipoff is during a tipoff. Not sure if it's played during a jumpball after a tie up in game. (I would have liked to see a separate one).

Long is played during full timeouts.

So the PS3 2k doesn't have custom soundtracks huh?

I know the answer is lying somewhere here in this forum, I just can't find it. Two questions: 1. Is there a setting a on WMP that needs to be toggled when you burn a CD. I read somewhere that the cd has to be an audio cd and not a mp3 cd. How do you do that? 2. Is it possible to rip music from an external memory device like a hard drive? I tried ripping songs from a 2GB memory and wouldn't let me. Thanks in advance.

when you burn from wmp they should have a option on screen before you burn, but everytime i burn using wmp i get errors on the 360 so i just use iTunes and everything comes out fine.
