Yeah, I'm pretty sure MJ was the first one to make a ritual out of the calk toss. Always innovative, Michael Jordan.

One more thing that MJ used to do before games: He used to bent down to his shoes, touching them around with his hands. And he usually stood by the midcourt line - just before the tipoff.
