I sincerely hope 2k11 for ps3 is the exact port from 360

Meaning more cutscenes, levels, etc. Nothing to due with graphics, sound channels, etc. That's still a hardware and memory issue. And Sony will always have that.....why do you think Gran Turismo 5 is delayed 4 years now. They are having their own issues, and it began when they started trying to add real car damage.

The fact of the matter is, it's been done before where the two versions of the game look the same. Or it's happened that the game has been ported over from the PS3, so it's not impossible.

Where the hell did you get the Gran Turismo example from? Do you actually know why they keep delaying it? No you don't. And you say it as if Gran Turismo games aren't ALWAYS delayed up the ***.

The only thing that I've seen stick out to me as differences between the two versions is the anti-aliasing, which is pretty noticeable.

from what I understand, the 360 is not more powerful, it's just easier to make games for it. my understanding is that the PS3 is designed in a way that it takes more time to develop the games and the development process is more complicated.

ure wrong on that.ok,that w the custom music is a ps thing...alright.But the xbox 360 is Not better than the ps3.they are BOTH great systems.it might been an excuse for developers to say that the xbox is easier to make games on than on the ps3 3 or 4 years ago and that they didnt find out how to build games on the just as powerful ps3 yet.But now,4 years later,cmon.there already been GREAT games on the ps3(like killzone 2,GOW 3),that means the devellopers have found ways to make games look equal or even better than the 360,and then there is the lazy nba2k developers...oh my gosh.they had 4,4 ****in years to learn the methods how to produce games on ps3 well.and they still cant do that (though it gets better evvery year).Thats just straight BS.

If you guys have all the answers, then why even ask the questions. I give you legit feedback and I'm wrong! lol...Okay you keep believing that! I won't reveal my sources or even tell you how I know.

But answer this question? Can you design a video game? Because I can!

Can you understand all the technological garble in the specs of both consoles? Because I can, because I build PC's and I'm a software programmer.

Have I ever worked on a game? Yes and no, and due to contract agreements I can't name what games I've helped make on PS3 and 360.

But I will say this, if it was possible to be the same game on both consoles, it would be done already and it isn't and hasn't!

And to say that they have 1 title that's identical is just plain not possible. And your also talking apples to oranges. A racing game or action game, compared to a complex sports title is two different ways of design and programming.

I own both consoles and I know why I buy exclusives only on PS3, minus Dante's Inferno in which PS3's exclusive content warranted that purchase. And I know why I buy all my sports titles on 360 only. Because hands down they are better on 360.
As well as all other releases, I buy on 360 only! Exclusives only on PS3.

If the ps3 has jaggies again, Im not buying.

Honestly, if we just accept this stuff, we will always be screwed. If there gonna port the xbox 360 version, then they at least better do a clone port. Theres no reason why my $60 should look worse. Specially when they arent even using as much space on the blu ray as they could to begin with.

Yep that's my only complaint. It may seem like a little one, but the 2K series is probably the worst game I've played in terms of jaggies on the PS3.... ever.
