Are they doing this again? I loved the little $5 download to get me started with 2k10... they doing it this year? I have searched and havent seen or heard anything

It's included in the game this year. It's not a separate D/L content.

I'm surprised they didn't sell it separately. I would have abused the hell out of that game in anticipation of 2K11. Disappointed that it wasn't sold that way but it's cheaper and much better to have it in the game I suppose. Definitely would have been a good way to make more money though.

They probably didn't do it because of how much abuse cheaters got from it. You could make 99 overall players by hex editing and then you could share it with anyone on a silver account by them simply downloading the tag.

Some crews had a guy who could make the myplayers and then the entire crew would have 99 overall guys.

At least it helps combat that a small bit. Hopefully...but unlikely we won't be seeing 99 OVR 7'5 centers on day one again.

But I liked it though. Seemed to cause quite a few bugs though. Like the clone bug and shoe problems and random freezing.

In that case I'm glad they did that. I hate when people do crap like that...

I'm happy they've included it in the game because:
1) It wasn't available on XBL where I live (Sweden)
2) It wasn't available on PC, which was what I had at that time.
