The guy who got it is on the 2k forums. He said he is going to post up a video of the ratings of every team. 10 minute long video. He also said he would put up a review of the My Player mode. Should be good.

When I sign into XBL and half of my online friends are playing "NBA 2K11", I pretty much knew that more then some "one" already had the game.

It's not 2K banning people, it's Microsoft. And he's talking about from XBL. If a game is released early illegally Microsoft bans users from XBL. They recently made it no tolerance.

So if i'm given an early copy at an official event run by the developers, then take it home and play it online, then i should be banned? Give me a break!

The whole banning for playing Halo: Reach early was because the only way to play the game early was if you had the copy going around that was illegally downloaded from the microsoft servers.
