Player Progression Save File/Living Rosters?

I just got the patch today (I'm a slacker). In the post here on OS it says:

-The ‘Player Progression’ menu (Located in Features -> Living Rosters) should now properly work when new Living Roster updates are applied. Please delete the ‘Player Progression’ save file after the patch is released so the system can bring the file up-to-date.

I don't see this file when I go to the delete menu in game. Do I need to do it from the dashboard? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Also, have there been any living roster updates at all yet?

Yes. Then make sure you have auto-save on when you start the game up again so it can save the new player progression file.
