Bring back 2k7/2k8 transition animations

Whaat? Even this close to release? *faints* If calling plays would sometimes trigger the call play animation at 3:07, that would be especially sweet.

Can we get Steve Nash's finger licking sig animation and others back too? I'm curious why they get taken out from one year to the next when they add so much attitude and realism. Is it a space thing?

I might as well mention it here-- but I've noticed that players look a bit waxy compared to last year. I think it's because of the new skin shaders that look a bit more complex. But some players, Kevin Garnet, especially, tend to look glossy where as he looked a bit better last year in my opinion.

Last years game also had players who became progressively sweatier and shinier, and the reflections showed wrinkles, little bumps in their skin and streaks of sweat that looked amazing. We haven't seen any screen shots that feature that this year. Has that bit been taken out? I always felt those reflections and highlights made the game look especially realistic.

A few things:

-I think it's safe to say everyone has had their fun with the pictures. Let's move on.

-If you're going to make such a ridiculous thread tile that includes 10 greater than signs to get your point across (yes, I counted) then don't be shocked when the community looks at your claim as being silly.

-I edited the thread title to what you meant.

-If you guys don't have anything else to add at this point just let the thread die. Stop posting in it and keeping it alive.

I agree with logoa that some of the animations are better than the normal walk and run. There should be more movement on offense and defense like play call signals, sig walk ups, pointing or directing and defenders looking behind them. I think it would put back some of the realisim that was removed over the years.

The OP's point (terribly communicated I'll grant you) I agree with to an extent. That aside, theres been some ridiculously funny stuff posted here by some of ya'll.
