At least the guy selling for 150 is smart. The reason they have no cases is that he works retail somewhere, takes the game out of the case, sells them to people who would pay an outrageous amount of cash for them, then on release day he scans all the boxes in at his store puts the 59.99 plus tax into the till and makes approx. 90 bucks for himself. I know this tactic well because a guy I knew at the local game crazy in my town used to charge me 15 bucks to get the games early, but I'd at least get the box and manual after release date. Maybe thats why all the Game Crazy's shut down?? JK
