Getting realistic trades is also a problem that needs to be fixed. With the new cba coming into the game, how improved will the trade logic be?

Actually Nick Young isnt that bad of a defender.
He's a better defender than Terry but neither are in the NBA for defense.
That aside that whole dunk thing was a joke....
I'd say Terry is more efficient but all he does is spot up shoot now.
Not saying thats not a skill but Young takes ppl off the dribble. He can finish over or around ppl. He takes Pull ups & draws fouls.
His percentage is low because he takes terrible shots of course but creating shots is apart of his skill set.
Nothing here really just Terry being a 77 is a little high as you said.

I'll admit that his low offensive rebounding numbers are probably because he plays further from the basket, but you can't just be giving artificial boosts because he can shoot well.

I say this all the time: 2K has the frustrating propensity to overrate skilled offensive players in other areas of their game, just to please fans. Dirk will play like Dirk. It's the same situation with 'Melo; he doesn't deserve a 92 just because he can score... especially after last season.

Odom's rating is spot on - if he played like he did last season for his career, he wouldn't be worthy of a 65. 71 is on the money.

I'm also happy that Nick Young is low 70s.
Your assessment is spot on. THE PROBLEM, THOUGH, IS THAT MELO IS RATED 92. If Melo stays 92, then Dirk is vastly underrated. If Dirk is 85, which may be fairly accurate (I'd say 86 seem right), then Melo should be closer to 89 given his various skills, athleticism, shot and, ahem, defense and hustle.

How is walton a 66? He shouldn't be above 55....and even that would be generous.

Can someone please explain to me why Roy Hibbert is an 86 OVR?! Bynum is an 87... Hibbert is no where near the talent of Bynum or elite centers. He's not a prolific scorer nor is he a volume rebounder, if I had to put a number it would be 83 at best

And people thinking Nick Young is in the same league as Terry are off their rocker. Terry is a better shooter, way more clutch, better team defender, more adept and aggravating his opponents and stealing the ball, and is a champion. Nick Young is inconsistent at best, and has never proven that he has winning in his make-up. All that should count. And it obviously does. I actually think Terry should be a 78.
