NBA 2K13 Impressions Thread

Offensive rebounds in my first game seemed to be a problem but this morning using the lakers vs the clippers i totally dominated on the offensive boards.

I really don't think there it's an issue as of yet. Gotta get more games in. At work for the next 5-7 hours or so

Flight, or anyone else that has the game, can you check custom arena music for us. We want to get the music together so everyone can d/l, and put their playlist together, so that by the time the game comes out all everyone has to do is enter it into the game. But we need to know what are the options that you can choose to put the playlist in?

For example; Home up, Timeout, POTG, Chant defense, etc. What are all the options we can choose.

Also, if anyone doesn't mind, if you have any music on your system, can you plug into one of the options and listen for it in a game? Last year there was a problem with the all the music cutting off during the game while using custom music.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can test this out. For anyone that has used custom music in the past, they know that this adds so much immersion to the game.

There are a lot of subtle contact animations occuring on the court at all times and they really help plays seem more organic and functional. -Havent seen any shot clock cheese through 2 games -Fatigue seems to be well done. -When you body up the offensive player and crowd him with a stronger player, you can feel it. I really think thats the theme of what I'm seeing so far with my playtime, you can "feel" the weight and physics of the players for the most part, particularly on the perimeter. Positioning, angles and momentum play more of a factor than ever before if you want to be successful on either side of the ball. I think I'm going to mess around with association or my player for a bit. I'm also thinking about live streaming, if enough people are interested. Just have to figure out the best way to do it as I'm not that savvy when it comes to that type of stuff.

Getting the arena sounds right would be dope. The game needs a lot more music/sounds in it during the game.

I must be blind, because it seems like they took out signature highlights for every player that played during the post game menu.
