Official NBA2K13 Patch#1 Request

it seems as if, if you edit a current shoe (not nike id) the new saved shoe is NOT saved via roster file & will not be uploaded or transferrable through 2k share.

are they saved to the settings file which we now know is pretty damn hard for the average gamer to access this year?

sucks because all roster editors & shoe/accessory gurus will not be able to share their work.

please patch this somehow so that these edits & wonderful new featur can be shareable!

Also It maybe me but it seems like when playing on-ball defense, there is slight delay to the commands, or basically moving your defender. I wish they would patch in a little better response time for the defensive players controls.

Really? Aldridge put up 36 against me with an array of moves. That's weird that you guys are seeing this though.

Improve the defense. As of now every game I play has at least one team scoring 125+ points.

There is.

Put the defensive assist slider to 0 and turn off auto contest in the pad configuration. It's probably not exactly what they're called in english but it's gotta be close, they're both at the bottom of the menu.

I coudnt stay in front of the CPU before turning theses off.

add more collision under the rim its way too easy to get an easy shot under the rim no matter how crowded it is and no matter who it is.

please remove the nba 2k13 watermark/symbol w.e it is during the game.

Toned down the 3 point shot/ make contesting 3 pointers matter more!!!

Please make my AI teammates smarter. Box out, help on defense, stop the ball in transition instead of just standing in the middle no where and letting someone getting an easy layup. Your teammates AI is worst than they were in 2k12!

A lot of these issues may have been mentioned already, for which I apologize, but they are happening frequently enough to disable my ability to impact the outcome of the game, and hamper the amount of control input I have on the action on screen. The game difficulty is set to All Star where that might apply, with default sliders. I usually don't mess with the sliders until I can recreate the issues with regularity, and once I've seen feedback on here that they actually do have an impact where they are supposed to.

1) They need to tone down the flop and charging calls (if that is what the cause is) when you are in the post-up controls on offense. I've had several games now where I couldn't just back a guy down, because the computer would flop resulting in a charge, or my guy just totally falling down. I have had this completely bench my front-court in the first quarter due to foul trouble.

2) The disappearing scoreboard is a huge issue that seems to happen more in two-player games on the same console.

3) In my player, you still don't get credit for assists when the computer decides the pass was bad, even if it's an alley-oop.

4) The CPU offensive rebounding is a serious problem. I'm repeatedly seeing guards like Tony Parker sneak in the paint, with Randolph, Gasol, and Gay all watching the ball come off the rim, snagging the rebound uncontested, and immediately putting it back up for an easy uncontested score. (with all three players still just standing in place watching) I've had contests where guards are getting 8 OREB's.

5) Another issue in My Player is the game deciding to sub my 6' guard into the game as a power forward or center, leading to me dropping a full grade on every possession. This happens nearly every game in my career.

6) Defensive controls must be fixed. I have had excellent position on a player like Chris Paul, only to have him make a cut, then my defender have to stop, turn in place, then start to accelerate again once he completes the turn, repeatedly leading to easy layups for the CPU. I've also had times where, like in 2k11 and 2k12, the defender I'm controlling keeps getting pulled out of defensive position by some mysterious force, leading to easy drives for the CPU. I've also had the defender I'm controlling reach for steals and jump for blocks without me pushing a single button.

7) I've also had the player I'm controlling, both in my player and association mode, just walking up the floor with no speed or urgency, with speed burst only having him pick up his pace to a light jog. This is happening with full stamina, no injuries, and with several different players and positions. It makes defense impossible and has you constantly chasing the play. This particular quirk doesn't happen all game, or necessarily every game, but it is fairly frequent and makes the game essentially unplayable.
