2K Beats Turning Off

Out of no where the game will stop playing the music. I have no clue why and even i go to the beats to turn it back on it wont work. Any else have the same issue?

Same thing is happening to me too. Also in the game intro like music videos, the music still wouldn't work there. I hope someone knows the solutioon to this.

Same thing happening to me. When the game goes into the pre-game video, I can see the video but there is no music.

I have an issue where whenever I play a My Team match, my settings will default and I have to go in and change them all back. E.g. presentation, shot feedback on, after basket replays and cuts on, difficulty to all star simulation, shooting to real player fg% etc.

yeah i'm having this problem too.. uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my xbox and still didn't fix it.

anybody had better luck?
