A Few Tips for Getting Used to the New Controls

I posted this in another thread, but seeing as that thread has been buried I figured I would make a new one.

So, for those of you who don't like the new controls and need a little bit of help, here are a few tips that should help you out:

1) Switch the R-stick from Isomotion/Shot Stick to Shot Stick/Isomotion. This way, the shot stick returns to it's former glory, and to use the R-stick for dribbling you have to hold LT (similar to holding LT with the L-stick in previous years). This makes the controls incredibly similar to years past.

2) Only use the R-stick for dribbling in order to pull of hesitation and size up moves. For crossovers, simply use the L-stick. Not only does this make dribbling much easier and more consistent, but it also works surprisingly well for creating space and getting past the defender.

3) Don't sprint unless you are launching off of a hesitation/crossover or you see a lane to the basket. Abusing sprint, more often than not, will be of little use and will only hurt you in the form of turnovers, running into defenders, etc.

I hope these quick and easy tips make things a little easier for everyone!
