Custom Inbounding after a timeout not working?

Is it possible that the inbounding system in 2k13 is compeltely broken? During a timeout I select who should inbound the ball, who should take the shot and what kind of play I want. And then I press 'B' and a completely different player inbounds the play. It looks like my preferences are not even considered at all and the inbounding will be executed as usual.

Anyone having the same problem?

Yeah, in 2k12 it did not work all the time but it did work from time to time. In 2k13 it does not work at all. Strange that not more people complained about this

I've only had it work once or twice, where I've selected the same guy to inbound and shoot the ball. Everytime I've done that the options are reduced to Mid Range and 3PT. If I do anything else, the play won't even run. They didn't bother fixing it and we still can't practice the inbound plays (although you could do a crude work-around of this by going to scrimmage, intentionally dribbling out of bounds with your player at your own end and then switching sides.

For me, it works any time other than the last 2 minutes of the game. I can call plays out of regular timeouts, but in the final minutes, when you need a play the most, it doesn't work.
