Which display do you use in Roster Manager: Letters or Number attributes?

Curious to see how everyone has their Roster Manager screens set, do you guys have the letters for Inside Scoring and Outside Scoring or the fully detailed attributes with the numbers like Inside rating, Close, Medium, 3PT, Layup etc.

I use the letters, but I am curious to see which you guys prefer - maybe both?

Is there a way to set how it shows up in online association? It always shows letters but I prefer numbers

I use both. I start by just using the letters, since it is quicker, and then change to numbers for more specific instances (if I have a guy guarding a faster player, I want to make sure his speed and on ball d are good, and his letter grade isn't just high because of steal values or something)

I use both. I start with letters and then do the numbers to get more specific.

I use numbers, as most ratings and tendencies can be quantified ... also minor differences in the numbers do produce minor differences on sim stats and gameplay results ...
