Why does the 2K community have poor sportsmanship?

i am on PS3 i am 4-27 bad i know but i am getting better on thursday i almost beat a guy that was 47-2

I've played against people my age who do that shpit. It doesn't bother me though, because I play the game for fun or do it right back to them to piss them off. It works most of the time.

They were the bane of my life for a long time. Every game was a total cheese fest, gamer rage followed, and badly too.

Luckily I found some top gentlemen on here who recruited me to a sim league and I haven't looked back since. I'm now playing PROPER basketball EVERY game. No turbo/running in circles/off ball zone D blah blah blah, just straight up realistic basketball with guys who respect the game and know how to play it.

Do yourselves a favour, turn your back on quick matches and join a league, you won't regret it.

I think the reason for this: the pause menu....In most other online video games u don't have to just sit there/watch/wait as the other person pauses....You usually get to mess around with your own settings....I think the precariousness of sitting there watching some guy go back on forth on a replay of him jammin you with Lebron gets everyone a lil angry/revved up
