Not Da Czar himself(since he's declining), but what about his podcast regulars, specifically Nelson and Kushmir? Them dudes can rep the sim community well. Other than them, Jersez, JWill55, Allstardadon to name a few...

VTCRB has my vote. He is passionate about gameplay improvements and understands the ins and outs of tendencies. JasonWilliams55 would be another solid choice.
