It's better than last years, but I am not into hip hop much, and the game forces you to listen it just to much for my taste.

I like the classic songs like the Phil Collins, just feel like music back then had more emotion, and wasn't the same old same old.

I thought Lebron would totally ruin the sound in this game. I know that Lebron personally listens to a good amount of talentless hip hop and "turn up" music and I expected them to be in the game. Thankfully, it's a really good soundtrack overall.

You guys complaining about the music being too mainstream don't really get how business work, do you?

NBA 2K is one of the best-selling sports games every year. They are going to pair it with high-profile songs to cater to most of the general public (so they can relate to it and enjoy it since they know them), not some underground songs that you select few want to hear that no one else would care for.
