If I win online I'm usually Ok, but every time in lose I get really upset with the opponent. Any body knows a strategy to control emotions, and react mature emotionally with losing an online match?

When you just lost an online game and you're starting to feel angry remember that you're sitting on a planet that was created 5 billion years ago, cruising through the infinite of the universe. Remember that in the grand scale of things, none of what you do really makes sense. Don't forget that one day you too will disapear in the inifinte like nothing ever happened. And that's just the begining.

Just think of it this way. It's a video game, a 60$ video game that has absolutely no effect on your life, in any way. That's why I never understand why people take these games so seriously online. It's mind blowing.

Don't go online and lose? Thats really the only way - unless you're coming on here to have someone tell you to go take a walk or something.

During the game use all of your timeout time to relax a bit. Your anger probably starts during the game. Start the cool down process during the game, don't save it until afterwards.

No, You should be angry with all the nonsense that happens online. The game should be better than stupid. It may only cost us 60 buck, but it a mult-million dollar product for 2k cashing in on laziness. We should take our and anger and turn into action buy not buy the product or supporting the competition Be angry and demand more.
