MyCareer got worse since last year

Run plays and slow it down. If you try to run a fastbreak every possession you're going to see a "momentum" swing. Momentum changes all the time. Take good shots or pass it to the right person at the right time

The 'On Court Coach' skill not only lets you get the ball whenever you want on offense you can also call plays for your offense/defense; it tells you this in the skill description. It's 10,000 VC/SP so it is expensive, but you're using the cheat engine, just give yourself enough SP to purchase it or equip it through the engine.

Not every player/position has the freedom/trust from the HC to call plays and run the floor, even if they are the best player on the team.

On what basis is it useless? Just being able to call defensive settings like pressure shooters alone makes it worth it, on default players sag off like crazy in this game and in MyCareer that means the opponent is constantly getting open 3pt shots for absolutely no good reason. On offense you can do a lot of damage if you have a good knowledge of the playbook.

What's ridiculous is that it's so damn expensive only guys who know it's value are ever going to even try it.

Outside of MC it IS useless, but it wasn't designed for any other mode; just like the Gatorade skill.

He's on PC, where else is he going to use it. It's not like he can take the MyPlayer online.

I thought it was available outside of MC(association, season, etc), I used a roster last year on the 360 that had a few guys with it.

I don't think it's available to use at least for 2K14, but if you had a roster with that the reasoning behind the skill choice would have probably been so that you could take that player to Create A Legend mode and have him behave "realistically".

It was one of those "Hexed" rosters, so I don't know why they had for some people.
