Why are the Pacers so terrible when you sim a season??

Exactly...how do you not figure they are going to have the best defense again with all players returning with adding Granger as well. I follow the team closely so I predicted 55 wins before the season started. I'm sure I am not the only one who figured they would win at least 50. They are going to win at least 60!

Sig skills effect sim stats? I'm not sure either. I honestly don't see any way possible you can get to where the Pacers allow opponents to score 90-92ppg during a simmed season. 105ppg allowed is just RIDICULOUS and really ticks me off to see.

So you are playing as the Pacers? Why not play the games instead of simming them all? Also, if you are making the playoffs not sure what the big deal is..just win it from the 6-8 spot.

Sports games are generally never that accurate with season simulations as far as being based on real life. It is a lot of luck and randomness.

Yeah they have the Pacers coaching profile sliders for defense really low. I actually raised all teams up by 10 on each defensive slider, and I think help D i raised it 20 for all teams. I raised the Pacers up 40 to 50 on all D sliders, which has made a difference in my D, but I do play all the games. I started out kind of rough but in my last 10 games I have moved up the rankings D wise.

I do think anytime your simming seasons your going to get whacky standings, so its best to play atleast a % of the games yourself IMO.

I want to actually play my season with the Blazers, not the Pacers. I for some reason never play with the Pacers. Probably because I live in Indy and go to a lot of games and watch or listen to every one of their games already. Playing as them in a season on 2k wouldn't be that fun I guess to me.

Amen.

Most teams have double the sigs.

On current gen, I simmed a few seasons by adjusting the coaching sliders. It didn't help them have a better record.
