It's not always. Last season I boosted a few times to stay 2nd or 3rd to avoid the 1st place guy. Ended up 3rd and made it to the finals for 2 Stars. Had I not boosted I would have been 4th or 5th and only got the 1 star as a max.

turned out, he wasn't boosting. He just played a good card.

I boosted in regular season last time, had to clinche that #2spot, it gave me an extra leg.

Starting Star Season please stay out

I started my first Star season yesterday around noon CST. So far I only see 1 real player, damastak, in my season and the rest bots. There very well may only be 2 players in this season. So far, I am undefeated about 15 games in. I am using all RC Stars, Leg Pros, and Stars in my line up, no Pro Stars. Only 1 other guy, TheSnake, is undefeated and I haven't played him yet. My first star season could possibly be a win. I have found starting during an RC is a great way to have seasons with nearly all bots.

Has anyone played TheSnake? Or is that a bot too?
