If you compete in the Star tier you should do fine in the PO tier. If you're wanting to beat Syd or any of the other top teams any time soon you'll need to put in the time in RCs like they did.

I don't know if I'm in the minority here...but I'm actually okay with the season rewards for PO tier.

They're allowing us to get HOF and MVP cards now (which once could only be obtained through buying packs) while also maintaining the integrity of the new PO (final) tier of the game.

I think they've addressed the tanking of PO seasons because now there is incentive to get as far as you can in playoffs.

With a guaranteed playoff card as a reward once you first hit it?

That's what I want to know too, if you'll be able to draft it from Quick Games.

Finally, now we can all go back to committing to win a season instead of tanking. Also HOF and MVP cards as season rewards are awesome, will they be auctionable also?

The tier is set up so that the only way for people to actually progress will be to spend ridiculous amounts of time grinding or money on credits. People are already super apathetic and I don't see this design appealing to anyone but people like Syd and the botters ... I mean the "teams" ... who have the barge decks and will actually be able to get Playoff cards.

And I thought I was the only one not impressed by this news... For me this is a slap in the face. Now I see no reason at all to spend credits to pro my stars and progress to playoff seasons since I have no chance at all to get to the finals considering how strong a lot of players already are and with playoff cards out I don't need HoF and MVP cards with a tiny chance to pro them. In other words: playoff cards will be a privilege for about 1% of the current players in star seasons. Great...

But I have a question: will the minimums for MVPs be the same as for normal stars?
